Director of Soccer Operations Miguel Ayala

Miguel Ayala

U19G · U14G · U12G Coach

Miguel brings over 10 years of coaching experience across youth, academy, and semi-professional levels. He currently serves as Director of Soccer Operations with Houston Futsal Academy and holds a USSF D License along with a Master's in High Performance Football through MBP School of Coaches.

Prior to his current role, he served as Director of Coaching with PSG, overseeing player development and coaching standards across multiple age groups. He has also coached at the semi-professional level, bringing a high-performance mindset into his work with players.

Miguel is a detail-oriented and personable coach committed to building strong relationships while creating a competitive and positive environment where players are challenged to reach their full potential.

Houston Futsal Coach Josh Lofthouse

Josh Lofthouse

U17G · U16G · U15G Coach

Josh brings nearly 10 years of coaching experience across both California and Texas at the club level. He previously served as Academy Director for North Huntington Beach Futbol Club in California.

In Texas, he has worked as the Girls West Campus Director and an ECNL-RL coach at Albion Hurricanes FC, working with the 2008 and 2009 age groups.

He has coached across a wide range of age groups, from early development through high school, and also has experience as a Varsity Boys Coach at Pacifica High School. Josh now lives locally in League City and has two kids.
